\u201cTodo empez\u00f3 con una solicitud simple de adquirir 1 o 2 libros t\u00e9cnicos de mi inter\u00e9s\u201d, nos cuenta Jos\u00e9 Luis Ortiz, Digital Systems Technical Lead<\/strong>, quien tom\u00f3 la iniciativa junto con el equipo de Engineering Service Group. \u201cPero en el proceso nos dimos cuenta de que hab\u00edan varios otros colegas que estaban interesados en obtener textos espec\u00edficos de sus respectivas \u00e1reas de especializaci\u00f3n, por lo que terminamos haciendo una gran compra de varios libros t\u00e9cnicos\u201d. <\/p>\n

Copies are available at the OSF Planners and System Engineers office, while at SCO the books are located in the ESG office. The objective of this collection is to have books available to the staff that are locally relevant from the cultural, anthropological, archaeological, literary, scientific, etc., in order to enrich our experience at ALMA with more information about the territory where we are installed,” says Danilo. \u201cHace bastante tiempo ten\u00eda la inquietud de cooperar para habilitar un peque\u00f1o espacio para la lectura\u201d cuenta Francisco. \u201cLa idea es que todos puedan tener la libertad de leer algo de su gusto. Por lo mismo estamos preparando un cat\u00e1logo extenso y variado para incentivar la lectura en todos nosotros\u201d.<\/p>\n

Junto a Francisco tambi\u00e9n participa H\u00e9ctor Marroqu\u00edn como coordinador de biblioteca<\/strong>. “We are very enthusiastic because, despite the cyber-attack suffered, we managed to make the logistical arrangements to obtain new titles of different reading categories and to start our Biblio-ARA, which will be inaugurated starting this 2023.
