This time the award went to Octavio Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, quien hace m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os est\u00e1 con nosotros como Planificador\/Coordinador de Operaciones y Mantenimiento.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

An award that caught Octavio off guard. “I am very grateful to my colleagues for the recognition and at the same time surprised since I am used to working in the ‘background’, and I am not necessarily face-to-face with our colleagues in their work areas at AOS.” [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=”2477,2470,2469″ fullwidth=”on” _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][\/et_pb_gallery][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_orientation=”left” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]Even so, Octavio is humble in recognizing that it makes sense to him to have received this recognition, given the responsibility with which he has distinguished himself since he joined ALMA, such as when he served as AIV-Team Leader during the antenna construction period. “I was quite demanding when it came to the safety and protection of my colleagues, even being annoying at times, but in the end it paid off because we had no major failure events in this regard”. <\/p>\n

An attitude Octavio has maintained in his current position. “I always try to support the Supervisors and Managers so that things are done in a safe way and many times postponing activities if the conditions are not quite right. Ver<\/strong>: \u201cLa vida es bella\u201d es para m\u00ed una de las pel\u00edculas imperdibles, sobre todo cuando tienes hijos pues refleja muy bien lo que los padres tratamos de hacer con ellos, que su vida sea bella no importando los problemas que enfrentas ni lo mal que te pueda tratar la vida. <\/p>\n

Beber<\/strong>: Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, el vino, especialmente el Cabernet Sauvignon ha pasado a ser mi preferido. De ah\u00ed otras cepas se acercan. El Sabra me trae buenos recuerdos del per\u00edodo que viv\u00ed en Israel. Es un licor de Chocolate y naranja. Si lo encuentran lo recomiendo.<\/p>\n

Seguir \/ admirar<\/strong>: The compatriots who fought in the Pacific War, those who took the Morro de Arica. My wife Monica and daughters Karoll, Allison and Katherine, is what gives me the most and best meaning in life. That which you create from scratch and then as time goes by you see it grow according to the effort you make to achieve it. And if you are lucky enough to have a partner like mine for 36 years in life, walking together, picking each other up from our falls, supporting each other in every moment of health and sickness, enjoying what we love, being the father and mother in periods of absence, waiting for me with the same nervousness and joy every time I come home from shift, I think it is priceless. Espero retomarlo este a\u00f1o. Como familia nos gusta mucho viajar.<\/p>\n

Vestir<\/strong>: Jeans y blazer. Y si el clima lo permite, me gusta usar lino y el infaltable pa\u00f1uelo blanco de tela (especie en extinci\u00f3n jajaja).<\/p>\n

Viajar<\/strong>: The truth is that I’ve been lucky enough to travel and visit many places. Each one of them leaves you with a richness and lived experience that helps you grow and broaden your view on multiple aspects. I think that the last day in each place is the one that makes you think “I have to come back someday”. Of all the places I have visited I think Israel is one of my favorites. Dream place to go? Bora Bora, I hope to go there someday with my wife, on honeymoon, why not?[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n
