In that sense, &#8220;inclusion is the really hard bit,&#8221; says <strong>James Miley, Fellow de NAOJ<\/strong>, &#8220;you need to make sure you do it for everyone and to make sure that they feel that they can participate and feel included, but also that you are stretching out to them and making an active effort to include them. Espero que se apliquen tantas como sea posible. Una recomendaci\u00f3n importante, que ahora se va a implementar, es que tendremos acceso por primera vez a un Ombuds.
