However, there is a need to work on diversity and inclusion training and unconscious bias. This is very common in an organization that has not previously worked on these issues, in order to strengthen an inclusive culture.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;3_5,2_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.19.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;3_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.19.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.19.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<strong>\u00bfY en cuanto al C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica y Conducta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yo creo que la mayor\u00eda lo conoce y sabe que hay ciertas actitudes que no se van a tolerar, pero s\u00ed creo que hay que ser m\u00e1s transparente en torno a los resultados de las investigaciones porque al menos lo que nos muestra la encuesta es que hay una sensaci\u00f3n de que no es lo suficientemente estricto. En ese sentido me parece importante instalar una cultura de cero tolerancia a la discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 impresi\u00f3n te dejaron los resultados de la encuesta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It left me satisfied, I think it is a good basis to continue working on everything that is to come. What the survey showed is that there are a lot of facilitators and promoters of diversity issues, and that also makes me happy because deep down I know that I am not going to work alone. Hopefully those promoters will also become true active ambassadors of diversity and inclusion.
