Su rol implica una colaboraci\u00f3n constante con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver desaf\u00edos t\u00e9cnicos y garantizar la excelencia operativa del observatorio.<\/p>\n<p>\"En todos los entornos laborales, el trabajo en equipo es esencial. El apoyo mutuo y la colaboraci\u00f3n interdepartamental permiten alcanzar resultados \u00f3ptimos, promoviendo un aprendizaje constante\", explica Norambuena.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Claves del trabajo en equipo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fabiola destaca la importancia de la confianza y la comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva dentro de los equipos de ALMA.
