Este comit\u00e9 tiene como objetivo velar por una buena experiencia laboral<\/strong> en aspectos claves como commuting, alimentaci\u00f3n, aseo y condiciones b\u00e1sicas.<\/strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo lo hacen? A trav\u00e9s del monitoreo permanente de estos temas, canalizando inquietudes, buscando soluciones junto a otras \u00e1reas, y generando propuestas que puedan ser implementadas por la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Las reuniones se realizan mensualmente<\/strong>aunque si surge una urgencia, el comit\u00e9 puede convocarse de forma extraordinaria. Actualmente est\u00e1 compuesto por Andr\u00e9s Baerwald<\/strong>(Hospitality), B\u00e1rbara Sep\u00falveda<\/strong> (Sindicato 2), V\u00edctor Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>(Sindicato 1) y Alicia Fredes<\/strong>, who leads this body. Entre los logros que ya han alcanzado como equipo se destacan:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Improvements in Hospitality services<\/strong>, como lavander\u00eda, fumigaciones e informes de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tRenovaci\u00f3n del casino de AOS, <\/strong>incluyendo mobiliario nuevo, nuevos hornos y una c\u00e1mara fr\u00eda para ensaladas y platos fr\u00edos.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Resolution of everyday situations<\/strong>como la gesti\u00f3n de buses durante reparaciones en el camino OSF\u2013Aeropuerto o problemas de conectividad en la residencia.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan B\u00e1rbara Sep\u00falveda<\/strong>, representante del Sindicato 2, \u201cel objetivo clave de esta mesa es mejorar la estad\u00eda y condiciones de trabajo para nuestros colegas en el OSF y en SCO\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, invita a todos y todas a participar acerc\u00e1ndose a cualquiera de los miembros o escribiendo directamente al correo del comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
