\n\u2022 Pese a un invierno particularmente complejo, el desempe\u00f1o cient\u00edfico del observatorio est\u00e1 alcanzando cifras hist\u00f3ricas en Ciclo 11, con r\u00e9cord de horas observadas y resultados notables en productividad.
\n\u2022 Resiliencia operativa:<\/strong> Iv\u00e1n L\u00f3pez destac\u00f3 el esfuerzo de los equipos frente a las tormentas de nieve m\u00e1s intensas de la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada y recalc\u00f3 que la seguridad es responsabilidad de todos.
\nPanorama financiero:<\/strong> Sean Dougherty entreg\u00f3 una actualizaci\u00f3n respecto de las proyecciones para el presupuesto 2025: producto de la volatilidad cambiaria y del precio de los combustibles, se prev\u00e9 un sobregasto de 1.000 millones de pesos. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, anunci\u00f3 ajustes necesarios para revertir en cierta medida esta cifra y asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.<\/p>\n

Mirando al futuro<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Ciclo 12: <\/strong>Con m\u00e1s de 1.600 propuestas recibidas, ALMA consolida su liderazgo global en astronom\u00eda y mantiene un alto nivel de demanda.
\n\u2022 WSU (Wideband Sensitivity Upgrade)<\/strong>: Se presentaron los avances de este proyecto clave, que cuadruplicar\u00e1 la sensibilidad del observatorio y garantizar\u00e1 su protagonismo en la investigaci\u00f3n astron\u00f3mica de las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n

Celebrando nuestros logros<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Cultura de reconocimiento:<\/strong> Rafael Mena present\u00f3 la nueva pol\u00edtica destinada a fortalecer el orgullo, la colaboraci\u00f3n y el sentido de pertenencia dentro de ALMA.
\n\u2022 Crecimiento del equipo:<\/strong> Se dio la bienvenida a nuevos colegas y se celebraron ascensos, reflejo del desarrollo profesional al interior de la organizaci\u00f3n.
