This committee aims to ensure a good work experience in key areas such as commuting, food, hygiene and basic conditions. How do they do this? Through ongoing monitoring of these issues, channelling concerns, seeking solutions together with other areas, and generating proposals that can be implemented by the organisation.
Meetings are held monthly, although if an emergency arises, the committee can be convened on an extraordinary basis. It is currently composed of Andrés Baerwald(Hospitality), Bárbara Sepúlveda (Union 2), Víctor González(Union 1) and Alicia Fredes, who leads this body. In addition, representatives from different areas participate, depending on the issues being discussed.

Among the achievements they have already accomplished as a team are:
• Improvements in Hospitality services, such as laundry, fumigation and food reports.
• Renovation of the AOS casino, including new furniture, new ovens and a cold room for salads and cold dishes.
• Resolution of everyday situations, such as bus management during repairs on the OSF-Airport road or connectivity problems in the residence.
According to Bárbara Sepúlveda, representative of Union 2, ‘the key objective of this committee is to improve the stay and working conditions for our colleagues at the OSF and SCO.’ She also invites everyone to participate by approaching any of the members or writing directly to the committee’s email address.
