Satisfaction and joy have been generated by the changes in Covid-19 infection prevention measures that many of us have already been able to experience.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the RTO, during the last shift change, the Front Line Software Support Engineer (FLSSE) team had the opportunity to meet completely, in a spontaneous meeting, for the first time in person. \u201cBeing able to interact in person allows us to generate more fluid collaboration,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez, Front Line Software Support Engineer, tells us.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cSeveral of my colleagues joined the team during the pandemic and we worked side by side virtually, even having coffee breaks on video calls, but this is different\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Another of the changes introduced in the protocol is the\u00a0<\/span>non-requirement to wear bracelets or electronic bracelets for distancing<\/strong>. On this point, Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas comments:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cWe have very little contact with users. It\u2019s nice not to have to wear the bracelet because we ran the risk of forgetting to charge it, plus, along with the watch, we had two devices on our wrist. However, we always keep our social distance and work with a mask. Today, we are already unconsciously careful with our peers\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Francisco Pino, Technician I (Electronics), also celebrated the changes he perceived upon entering the last shift.\u00a0 For him,\u00a0<\/span>\u201cthe entrance to the OSF is expeditious and, although we are delayed at the entrance, we no longer have to spend our rest time taking the PCR, which used to take some of us several hours\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n
