Particularly intense times for this group composed of: Rodrigo Alvarado, Project Engineer; Francisco Cisterna, Contract Supervisor; Ver\u00f3nica Gareca, Administration Assistant (Management Control); Francisco Herrera, Administration Assistant (Management Control); and Alfredo Krain, Contract Supervisor.<\/p>\n

But what do they do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Guarantee that the camp has water.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Ensuring that roads and vehicles are safe for the movement of employees around the site.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Supplying fuel for turbines, vehicles and machinery.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Keeping the oxygen tank full at the AOS so our colleagues can work safely.<\/p>\n

\u2013 \u201cAnd, lastly, we make sure someone empties the trash. We don\u2019t feed the cat,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>clarifies Donald.<\/p>\n

After these first two years, what does the future look like for the CFG team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are prepared. All the different situations and stages we went through taught us how to manage the service even during a crisis like the global pandemic.\u00a0<\/span>This strengthened us as a team and now we are able to face the challenges with experience<\/strong>, with better programming and with the ability to adapt quickly to changes,\u201d says Alfredo Krain, Contract Supervisor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Open space<\/strong><\/p>\n

A few days ago this team finished dismantling the former contractor\u2019s camp that was sold to an external company, colloquially known as \u201cEl Gitano\u201d.<\/p>\n

This is an area of at least\u00a0<\/span>30,000 meters2<\/sup><\/strong>, where there were about 30 buildings that between 2003 and 2012 served as accommodation for about 200 people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
