All these changes can already be felt by those who use the facilities, such as Henry Tapia, our Mech and HVAC Tech<\/strong>, who recently started taking classes to improve his swimming technique and enhance his swimming performance.<\/p>\n

“It’s a very useful franchise. You don’t depend on weather conditions to execute it and it also brings relaxation from daily chores, breaking the routine, relieving tensions and improving the quality of sleep”, assures Henry.<\/p>\n

The pool allows me to train in a safe environment and also allows me to be able to teach swimming or improve technique to ALMA staff. Several have already improved their stroke. Hopefully we can create a swimming branch and have more equipment to teach,” says Jos\u00e9.
