“It was a decade of growth, both personally and professionally. For Isaac, his time at our observatory “was incredible! I met a lot of interesting people and I felt renewed curiosity and desire to learn. That allows you to be awake, attentive to the possibilities”. Likewise, Isaac believes that ALMA has “a very rich ecosystem and opportunities appear regularly”, he adds.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” min_height=”143.8px” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.19.1″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_orientation=”left” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content” sticky_enabled=”0″]The same is the opinion of Mauricio Zambrano<\/strong>, who spent more than 16 years in various positions in the Software area, most recently as a database administrator.<\/p>\n

Years that did not go unnoticed for Mauricio, who recognizes that ALMA “allowed me to develop professionally in areas of my interest thanks to training in tools with which I could do my job better”.<\/p>\n

Today, working at the Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO) as a database engineer, he sees how key it was to have worked at our observatory before: “The experience you gain from being in ALMA’s operation is something that has little comparison with any other observatory today because of the scale and the contributions to the observatory’s science.
