The Asaki Atmosphere <\/strong><\/p>\n Yoshiharu Asaki’s journey at ALMA began in 2015 as an Associate Professor at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. Seven years later he joined the JAO team as a System Astronomer, where his responsibilities include ALMA array diagnostics, troubleshooting, commissioning and online software development for telescope operations. His work is a balance of precision, collaboration and a deep understanding of astronomy and technology, essential pillars for ALMA’s success.<\/p>\n \u201cWorking at ALMA is inspiring because of the collaborative atmosphere.
