For this reason, the update to the Code of Ethics and Conduct maintains the high standards required by current legislation\u2014including the Karin Law<\/strong>\u2014and promotes best practices in prevention and workplace coexistence. Its objective is clear: to promote safe, respectful, and ethical environments<\/strong> where everyone knows that their well-being is a priority.<\/p>\n In the 9 cases we had in 2024, different issues were raised, distributed as follows:<\/p>\n To support and safeguard these principles, we have confidential consultation and reporting channels<\/strong> where anyone can seek guidance or report situations that violate the Code:<\/p>\n Our commitment is to ensure an environment where everyone knows they will be heard, supported, and treated with respect. In my role, I seek to facilitate processes, provide guidance, and contribute to ensuring that each case is addressed with clarity, dignity, and consistency.
