More than just a task, it’s a chance to strengthen the relationship between each person and their manager, build trust, and align expectations with clarity.<\/p>\n

A good PDD starts with preparation: before the 1:1 meeting, take a moment to come up with specific ideas: reflect on the achievements of the period, the lessons learned, and the challenges ahead to make the conversation more meaningful and insightful. This space is designed to recognize progress, gather lessons, and plan priorities<\/strong>, transforming the experience of the year into concrete learning.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we come prepared, the PDD becomes a space for trust and two-way feedback: a conversation that shapes the future and enhances our developmen<\/em>t\u201d, says Rafael Mena, HR Manager.<\/p>\n

To close the process, remember these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Prepare the form.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Have the 1:1 conversation with your direct supervisor.<\/li>\n
  3. Generate the final signed version and send it to HR.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The deadline for completing everything is January 9, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Planning ahead and reserving an appropriate space is key to making this conversation truly valuable. The PDD is a meeting point for growth, learning, and purposeful progress.<\/p>\n
